Job Summary: Reporting the Chief Product Officer, the Regional Product Leader supports development and implementation of vision, strategy and plan for service line nationally while facilitating regional implementation. This position serves as an expert, supporting sales, new client-start ups, CoRCIS implementation and best practices at a regional level. Also participates in growing Adriema’s brand through speaking engagements and case study development. Working effectively in a highly -matrix, collaborative organization, this position is pivotal to the attainment of Adreima’s key values, imperatives and results while supporting both regional and national initiatives through the Center of Excellence and Innovation


Primary / Essential Functions:

Effectively and efficiently performs essential job duties.
Product Management
  • Supports development and implementation of vision, strategy and product plan for products within practice area​
  • Participates in the identification and development of new products
  • Works with Chief Product Officer to support implementation of new products
Sales Support
  • Supports Regional Sales Teams by developing content for regional presentations to potential clients
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert in sales meetings with prospective regional clients
  • Develops Scope of Service agreements and works with Sales to price and present for approval​
Start Ups
  • Leads regional new client startups for assigned products
  • With designated Clients Services Director, interviews and hires initial management/staff for new project
  • Provides training  to new team
  • Works with Operations and Client Services to establish client and internal reports
  • Manages data flow and reporting until solid and able to be managed by CSD

  • Understands CoRCIS at a granular level,  serving as a driver and resource in its use to support best practice processes
  • Assists in development of training materials and serves as a resource  to implement and use CoRCIS consistently to foster comparative data integrity and accurate client reporting
  • Provides input for business case and supports development of functional specifications for product enhancement and new product development
Regional Expertise
  • Participates in assessing regulatory changes such as those from CMS, HIPAA, JCAHO

  •  Assesses changes within state agencies/regulations to ensure compliance and identify product opportunities/changes

  •  Researches governmental programs and industry standards/ practices and ensures necessary integration into practices


Best Practice Process Development and Implementation

  • Develop best practice process maps, including CoRCIS integration, and works with Service Delivery teams to implement in region

  • Develops training materials and processes and conducts or facilitates training as needed

  • Participates in development of quality metrics to monitor performance and works with Operations and Client Services to ensure regular reporting


Supports Marketing and Brand Development

  • Speaks at industry events on areas of expertise within region

  • Attends and represents Adreima in regional meetings that pertain to practice areas, including hospital association and state department informational meetings

  • Actively participates in development of publications, white papers, case studies


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in service line
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a management and/or consulting role related to service line
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to positively impact change and growth in a highly- matrixed organization
